Operating Principle
The rotary grinding shaft drives all grinding mediums within the grinding chamber. These mediums transfer energy to the materials, effectively reducing particle size. A gap separator within the horizontal bead mills separates the final products from the grinding mediums, making them suitable for formulations with different viscosities.
Various materials can be selected for the horizontal bead mills interior components, including SS304, hard alloy, mold steel, polyurethane, tungsten carbide, ceramic, and other specialized materials.
